Upon full payment for a project: • You will own the deliverables we create specifically for you • We may retain the right to use the work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed) • Third-party materials (like stock images, fonts, or open-source code) remain subject to their own licenses We will clarify ownership details in your project agreement.

We respect the confidentiality of information you share with us during a project. We will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties without your permission, except as required by law. We expect the same respect for any confidential information we share with you.

We will perform our work professionally and with reasonable care. If there are issues with deliverables, we will work with you to address them. However, we cannot guarantee that software will be completely free of bugs or that it will meet every possible need. Technology involves inherent uncertainties. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BEYOND WHAT IS EXPRESSLY STATED IN YOUR PROJECT AGREEMENT.

To the extent permitted by law: • Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We are not responsible for issues caused by factors outside our control This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may end a project by providing written notice. If a project is terminated: • Payment is due for work completed up to that point • We will provide any completed deliverables for which payment has been received We hope to complete every project successfully, but understand that circumstances can change.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. Most issues can be worked out through good-faith communication. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be handled according to applicable law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. For ongoing projects, the terms agreed at the start of the project will apply.
