What Selixa Labs is
Selixa Labs is an independent product lab founded in 2026. It designs, builds and operates its own software: 7 live products across 6 sectors (Healthcare AI, Hiring, Mental health, Consumer, Education, Onchain).
Build products. Then make them grow. Selixa Labs combines AI, engineering and Product Intelligence to build, operate and grow software products. Selixa Labs was founded by @aamirorbit. Engineering builds, AI operates, Product Intelligence grows. Every product is managed by Selixa, the Product Intelligence platform. Selixa brings product signals together so you know what matters, what to build, and what to do next.
A product normally needs someone to sit in the calls, read the feedback, watch the numbers, keep the roadmap honest and turn decisions into work. Multiply that by seven and you have a department. Here, that department is Selixa. It holds the context for every product in one workspace: what users said, what changed, what was decided and what ships next. The team makes the calls, and Selixa makes sure they are made on evidence.
That is why Selixa Labs exists in public. It is a live demonstration of Product Intelligence: a real portfolio, in the world, built, operated and grown on Selixa.
What Selixa runs here
- Signal. See what's changing in the market. Watches the market around all 7 products at once.
- Capture. Keep the context behind every conversation. Every user call and thread lands against the right product.
- Meetings. Joins calls, captures decisions. No notes to write up. The decision is already logged.
- Research. Customer and market signals. Feedback from seven audiences, kept apart and searchable.
- Analytics. Connects data to what's happening. A dip in one product shows up with its likely cause.
- Priorities. Turns context into priorities. Decides which product gets the next hour, on evidence.
- Roadmap. Keeps the roadmap current. 7 roadmaps that stay current without a PM.
- Tasks. Plans into tasks, tracks progress. Decisions become tasks, and shipped work closes them.
How a product gets built
- Find the leak (Days). Start from money or time already being lost, not from a feature idea.
- Launch a waitlist (~1 week). Design the landing page and open a waitlist before building anything.
- Build it whole (2 to 4 weeks). Frontend, backend, infrastructure, and integrations. No partial products.
- Put it in front of people (Ongoing). Ship to a live domain and find out whether the leak was real.
- Double down or walk away (Continuous). Usage decides what gets the next month of attention.
